In session, I bring a safe, nurturing, and restful space within which my clients can fall into a deep state of relaxation, leaving stress and compression on the table and walking out rejuvenated and renewed. My work is a combination of Swedish, Shiatsu, Trigger Point, Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, and Deep Tissue. To me the most valuable and essential aspect a massage therapy is providing safe touch.
